Our experienced and qualified delivery teams are able to respond quickly, with local staff and subcontractors capable of quickly mobilizing to a project site, reviewing plans & specifications for constructability, and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local guidelines, as well as comply with OSHA and EM 385-1-1.

 

PAST EXPERIENCE- FEDERAL CONTRACTING

In addition to its commercial contracting experience, LAKEY, INC. has extensive experience with federal contracting, ranging from heavy civil construction (levees, floodwall, dams/spillways, rock riprap, gabions, channels liners, bridges, low water crossings, culverts pipes/boxes, boat ramps), heavy mechanical (pump stations, shipping locks, flood control structures, sector gates, knife valve structures), to vertical construction (exterior/siding, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and interior renovations, drywall, and paint), as well as project and construction management services. In addition to the construction operations, LAKEY, INC. is an experienced service contractor, providing maintenance repairs, including installation and service, as well as equipment rental.
